The Guest house is an air-conditioned, non-smoking/no-pets house, on the scenic
"Great River Road"

Only three miles from Winona MNGreat for parents weekend, graduation gatherings or just a place to relax.
The guest house has a view of the Mississippi River, and features:
♦ Three bedrooms: (on the main floor) a large master bedroom with a
king-size bed,
a bedroom with a full bed, and a reading room
with a queen size hide a bed that makes the third bedroom.
Sleeping accommodations for six. (per double occupancy in each room)
If your group is larger, we have a queen size air bed, two couches, and
you are welcome to bring sleeping bags or air beds.
We also have a private room with a platformed queen airbed in the downstairs.

View magnificent scenery from the gazebo, the deck, or a rustic cedar swing.
Possibly see the American Queen, Delta Queen or the Mississippi Queen
paddle-wheel boats cruise the Mississippi river in the summer.
Take a walk along the tree-lined trail overlooking the river, and Lock and Dam 5A,
or just enjoy a cookout with the family in the spacious yard,
we’ll provide the grill and the yard games.
The eagles soaring above and deer around the area are amazing sights to see.
We are close to snowmobile trails, state bike paths, and golf courses.
What ever the season is, there is always something to do.
Bring your boat or snowmobiles– there’s plenty of parking!

Weekdays........................$137 per day
(Sunday through Thursday)
Week ends.......................$159 per day
(Friday, Saturday or Holidays)
Both Friday and Saturday.......$297

5.5% tax will be added
Rates based on 4 adults
$10 dollars per adult/per day for each extra adult.
(children, no charge)
Check in: 2:30 p.m. - Check out: 11:00 a.m.

June through August... there is a three day minimum. Exception for calls coming in the same weekend or dates the house is not booked.
Deposits: A 50% deposit will be required.
Cancellations: A minimum 30 day cancellation notice is required for weekly rentals. A penalty fee of the full deposit
being retained if notice is not given. A cancellation notice of 21 days is required for all other reservations.
Pets: Sorry, we have a 'NO PETS' policy

**We also rent the house for small parties/gatherings. Have your graduation, reunion, showers, or what ever the occasion may be, at the Riverview Guest House. Seperate rates apply for these gatherings, call for information.
